Euroserve is owned and operated by Rafael Jelicich, who has over 25 years on Volvo, SAAB, BMW and Mercedes Benz motor vehicles.
Rafael Jelicich carried out his apprenticeship at Volvo in Sydney.
Euroserve is a family run business with a staff of 10. Raf works on the shop floor and Ian, the Service Manager, attends to customer needs. This allows us to have our most experienced personnel working on, or overseeing, all work carried out on your vehicle. This is where so many businesses lose their best assets as they grow bigger because the owners spend more time with administration and less time doing what they are good at.
Ian our Service Manager is also a qualified mechanic with nearly 30 years experience in the industry (he also has a pretty good golf handicap).
Euroserve is an ATE Approved car service centre.
